As usual, the Pokemon Center version will come with both a stamped and regular copy, whereas the regular Elite Trainer Box will only contain the latter
This isnt really what you want in a commander, and honestly, Im not sure Id put this Denethor in the 99 of many decks either

Of course, Eevee and its evolutions have long been fan favorites both in the TCG and in mainline Pokemon games so this card being extremely valuable is no surprise
